THE GLASS-CELL GROUP consisting of GLASS-CELL FABRICATORS LTD. it's divisions, W-K INSULATION, LONDON TOTAL BUILDING MATERIALS, INSUL-COUSTIC INC. and SARNIA INSULATION SUPPLY are privately owned Canadian companies engaged primarily in the Distribution and Fabrication of commercial and industrial insulation and associated products.

Glass-Cell Fabricators was established in 1955 by the principles of an insulation contracting company to primarily fabricate Pittsburgh Corning Foamglas cellular glass insulation, hence the name Glass-Cell. In addition to fabricating Foamglas, Glass-Cell began to distribute other manufacturers insulation materials. The company continued to expand it's operations throughout the 1960's and 1970's with additional product lines and fabrication services. The company further expanded it's geographical markets with the acquisition of W-K Insulation in 1984, the opening of a facility in Stoney Creek, Ontario in 1991, the acquisitions of London Total Building Materials in 1994, Insul-Coustic Inc. in February, 2000 and most recently Sarnia Insulation Supply (1985) Limited in August 2001.
